Altus LOS: Privacy Policy

Altus LOS (formerly LiButti Phone) is LiButti Capital’s internal mobile application for iPhone and Android, used by our own loan officers and staff to take and place work calls and to work with our customer records. It is not a consumer app: signing in requires a staff account issued by LiButti Capital.

What the app collects and why

Your staff account. Name, work email, and sign-in session, to authenticate you and route your calls.
Push notification tokens. Your device’s push token (Apple Push Notification service on iPhone, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android) is registered with our telephony provider, Twilio, so incoming work calls can ring your phone. The token identifies the device for call delivery and nothing else.
Microphone and call audio. The microphone is used only during calls. Business calls are recorded, with a spoken disclosure at the start of recorded calls; recordings and their transcripts become part of the customer file, as required for our lending operations.
Customer records. The app’s CRM tab shows our secure web system inside the app, with the same customer information (contacts, loan files, messages, documents) staff already access at their desks, under the same rules. Viewing and editing are logged. Photos and files reach the system only when you choose to attach them.
The app does not collect your location, contacts book, photos (except files you choose to attach), browsing history, or any advertising identifier. It contains no ads. Our network provider makes basic page-load measurements; there is no other third-party analytics.

Who data is shared with

Service providers that operate parts of our infrastructure under contract: telephony and SMS (Twilio), push notification delivery (Apple, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging), cloud hosting, and speech-to-text processing of recorded business calls. Each receives only what its function requires.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising, anyone’s, ever.
We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Retention and security

Business records, including call recordings and customer files, are retained as required by the lending laws and licensing rules we operate under, then disposed of securely.
Access to customer data requires an individual staff login; actions are audited; data is encrypted in transit.

Your choices and contact

Staff can sign out at any time, which stops calls ringing the device and removes the session from it.
